Global IT Transformation

Initial engagement with this partner began with the 15-month assessment of potential ERP and CRM programs and partners. The global effort involved over 35 business units and 100 stakeholders resulting in a recommendation to the Board for a new platform that would transform the organization’s way of working almost 180 degrees. Then we began the 5-year implementation of SAP, the restructuring of teams and the massive process changes. Also supported the transformation of 2 other significant IT projects launched simultaneously. Created and managed change plan that merged 7 business with 13 systems and processes into 1 shared service center with 1 standardized process which impacted 50,000 employees globally across 4 continents. Next, we led the transformation effort to transition the technical support desk servicing 70K global employees to a third-party provider.
