Change in Direction

When this business needed to quickly respond to new technology that would make their key product obsolete, we were called in to walk side by side with executive task force to assess the impact of each proposed solution to the overall organization. Ultimately, the solution was a complete overhaul of product lines and shift to selling its core competencies and services instead. This resulted in a complete restructuring of the business from sales to marketing to production and e-commerce. We implemented a 3-year plan to close manufacturing sites, reposition talent, develop new sales program and rebuild all talent management tools and incentive programs. Designed and implemented employee engagement survey, analyzed results and led executive action planning session; collaborated with leadership to execute. Built and implemented change management process for converting remaining production sites to a cellular environment and designed an internal consulting department to provide ongoing support to the remaining 5 business and 4000 employees.
