Enterprise Data Solutions

Facilitated the strategic planning process to establish a new enterprise data solution. The goal was to build a healthy infrastructure of delivery, solutions and client relations. We designed enterprise data and analytics capabilities, a data governance and meta data strategy, and the deployment of near-term analytic solutions. We then constructed the future state architecture, supporting EMPO and governance model while creating a new engagement model for enterprise-wide solutions. We improved and simplified the engagement model and developed the team to offer more consultative solutioning and resourceful delivery. Deliverables included new organizational structure, values, and culture change with roadmaps to guide implementation. We also managed the implementation and the various intersections of risk, reward and return.
